‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ is now set to beat Disney’s ‘Beauty and The Beast’ as The highest grossing film of 2017

The latest box office report shows that Rian Johnson’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi is now set to beat Disney’s Beauty and The Beast as the highest grossing movie of 2017 domestically.  Star Wars: The Last Jedi  earned $21.9M this Wednesday, making a total gross of $445.26M, with the high possibility of passing half billion mark by Dec. 31, beating Beauty and the Beast ($504M).
