Disney Finally Confirms Beyoncé As The Voice Of Nala For Lion King Remake
Walt Disney Studios has now officially confirmed that Beyoncé will be voicing Nala in Jon Favreau’s upcoming live-action adaptation of The Lion King. Disney has revealed the entire voice cast, which include James Earl Jones (1994’s The Lion King) as Mufasa, Chiwetal Ejiofor (Doctor Strange) as Simba’s evil uncle Scar and Alfre Woodard (Luke Cage) as Simba’s mother Sarabi. JD McCrary (The Paynes) and Shahadi Wright Joseph (Broadway’s The Lion King) will be voicing the young Simba and Nala, respectively. See the full cast list below.
