Filmmaker James Toback Has Sexual Harassed Over 35 Women!
Writer and Director James Toback has now been said to have harassed 38 women sexually. Toback started writing and directing movies since around 1970. His first written film was The Gambler, which was released in 1974 and stars James Caan, Paul Sorvino, and Lauren Hutton. 38 women have now revealed the sexual harassment they suffered in the hands of Toback. The women appeared to be young as at the time of the incident, which some were 18 and 19 years of age. They mentioned Toback always feeling pompous about his written film credits and offers to help them get successful in their acting and writing careers. Some he got them privately and intrude into their personal lives, touching them seductively. This why we need to be careful in everything we do especially youths, as your past will always hunt you down no matter what. It is what you will reap.
Now Toback has his name and image drag in the mud because of his terrible past. I’m sure his daughter(s) will also experience harassment, if he has any because what goes around comes around. Women are meant to be treated with respect and care no matter what. I hope other Hollywood guys doing such in secret will learn from this. If the women didn’t stood their ground then, today Toback might be the person in position mocking these women. Thank God the women didn’t because of their career tarnish their integrity. Integrity is important in everything we do in life.
